Is the real estate exceptional?

There is only one acceptable answer.

Flying Horse Investments is focused primarily on “suburban necessity-based retail” properties, which we define as small-format retail shopping centers primarily comprised of food, service, and everyday needs retailers.

We pursue properties in growing markets across the United States that are well-located within major retail corridors with high barriers to entry or near significant demand drivers such as universities or hospitals.

We target properties where we can add value through active management, including leasing (mark-to-market of below-market rents, vacancy lease-up, improving tenant mix), physical improvements, re-development, outparcel development, or break-up of shopping centers into higher valued component parts.
